Shipping Information
All the art and cards ship within Australia and worldwide
All artworks are shipped rolled in a rigid 90 mm diameter PVC tube with matching capped ends (medium and large prints), or flat-packed (small prints and cards).
Within Australia
All domestic orders for artwork ship via Australia Post Express with tracking.
You'll be offered two options at checkout:
- Express Post, insured — includes tracking, signature on delivery, and Extra Cover insurance reflecting the value of your artwork. The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the piece's size and value.
- Express Post, no insurance — a lower-cost tracked option for those who are comfortable without additional cover beyond the standard $100 included with Australia Post's Express service.

International Shipping
I ship worldwide. For prints: two tracked, insured options are available at checkout:
- International Standard Airmail
- International Express
I use trackable, insured couriers for all international artwork shipments.
Art Cards & Birdland Prints ship internationally via Standard Airmail or Express, both tracked.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, the artwork's size, and its value.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. These are outside my control and are the responsibility of the buyer on arrival.
Made to Order Artworks
The linocuts and engravings are individually printed and some linocuts hand-painted once an order is placed. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your piece to be completed before it ships. If there are suddenly a few orders at once, the wait can be longer but you will be kept informed if there is a delay.
Large or Multiple-Item Orders
If you're purchasing more than one artwork in a single order, particularly higher-value works, I may be in touch after your order to confirm shipping arrangements, since insurance on a single package has a value limit.
This doesn't affect the vast majority of orders, and there's nothing you need to do differently at checkout.
Please note that I do not ship Art Cards with medium & large prints as they don’t package together. The cards will be shipped as a separate package.
Local Pickup (Sydney)
Local pickup is available at checkout for anyone able to collect their artwork or cards order in person from my studio in Randwick, Sydney. Details and available times are provided once pickup is selected.
